Your use of the Site means that you agree to these Terms of Use and constitutes a binding agreement between you and Decky Apparel Group. Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. References in these Terms of Use to "Decky Company," we," "us" or "our" mean Decky Company. We may at our sole discretion change, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use for changes prior to use of the Site, and in any event your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms of Use (including the Privacy Policy and House Rules for the Site, incorporated herein by reference) constitutes your acceptance of any changes. Returns and Exchange Please be sure to inspect your shipment upon receipt. Please call 800 719 5290 to receive an authorization number and return your merchandise within 10 days. All returns and or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You shall notify Decky within 10 days of any claims for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise discovered by you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Decky ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN IT'S ORIGINAL APPEARANCE. WORN MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All defective merchandise is subject to inspection, must be returned at customers expense. If the merchandise is found to be a manufacturer's defect, credit will be issued for shipping as well as for merchandise charges. Customer Initiated Order Cancellation: Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by calling us at (800) 719-5290. If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy. Shipping Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Once any merchandise leaves Decky warehouse Decky is not responsible for any shipment delays. We do not guarantee Same Day Shipping. However, our best efforts will be made to ship the same day.
